Launched at COP28, the transformative Global Climate Finance Framework (GCFF) seeks to accelerate the availability, accessibility, and affordability of investments in climate action and their role in driving economic growth and building global resilience. The GCFF Secretariat, the Global Center for Climate Finance, will convene a high-level dialogue on the actions against the framework and efforts to meet climate finance needs at scale.
